People seek out therapy for a number of reasons, and no one reason is more deserving than another. Therefore, therapy is not one-size-fits-all and it might look different for everyone. That is one of the parts of therapy I love most.

My therapeutic approach begins with developing a strong relationship with you so that you might build the safety and confidence to explore all aspects of the self. My style is centered around compassion, empathy, empowerment, and respect. I aim to create a comfortable and relaxed environment where I might integrate clinical knowledge and theories with humanity and humor to help further your journey.

Just as therapy is not one-size-fits-all, neither is the client. I primarily see clients who seek support with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, transitions, relationships, coping skills, and self-esteem.
I am sex positive, body positive, queer allied, and see clients that are in open relationships of any kind.

I have been working in the mental health field in various settings for 10 years. I have worked with clients living with severe and persistent mental illnesses, domestic violence offenders, university students, and now I work with teens and adults in a private practice.
I believe that everyone is capable of change and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
